Course Description

Learn the basics of creating and shaping a basic sugar rose in this half-day course.

This introductory course is perfect for beginners. Learn the tools of the trade, how to cut, shape and assemble gumpaste into an edible rose


No previous experience is required for this course.

What you will learn:
  • Roll and shape gum paste
  • Get a good understanding of the tools you’ll need to use for your project
  • Learn to prep the basics
  • Assemble and shape individual petals to create a simple but effective rose

Course equipment to take home includes:
  • Petal mat
  • Ball tools
  • Gumpaste rolling pin
  • Petal cutters
  • Lyons Den Cakes sugar glue

Please wear comfortable enclosed shoes. Limited spaces available - a course this good won't last long!
