The studio and showroom is open by appointment only.
Office hours are Tues to Fri 10am till 4pm.

Do you have a price guide?
Pricing will vary depending a few variables; the number of quests, serving size, design and decorative elements as well as the delivery location.

Taken from the Australian weddings statistics website and various wedding surveys, most wedding cakes start from $400-$800 with the average spend on a wedding cakes in Australia is $562 (Statista).
Our work and designs are all customised which means so is your quote. Sending through as much information will help us provide you with an accurate quote as well as our availability for your date.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We are a boutique custom cake studio and only take on a small number of bookings in any given week.
Which means popular dates during spring and summer can book out 12 months in advance. We suggest booking early to avoid disappointment

Booking early with a 30% non-refundable booking fee will secure your date.

Do you do custom designs?
Imagination has no limit!
We can tailor a design to suit your theme, aesthetic and style. The design process can be done via email, or by booking and in-studio consultation. We can combine different elements to create a look you love or custom design a one of a kind piece for your special event.
Our award winning cake designer, Terresia has trained under many world renown cake artists and use her knowledge and skill to create your custom cake.
How do I order a cake?

Bookings are only secured with a 30% non-refundable booking fee with full payment required 21 days before your event date.

I have dietary restrictions, can you help?
Yes!
We can cater for Gluten and dairy intolerances.
Unfortunately, we are not an allergen free bakery and would advise seeking a specialised baker if you have severe allergens.

We will endeavour to comply with any dietary or religious needs where possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to create vegan options.

Do you Deliver?
Yes!
We strongly suggest to use our delivery service with any tiered cakes or cake which require assembly at your venue.
Our delivery service includes refrigerated transport and a trained delivery coordinator who will ensure your cake is assembled and complete any finishing touches to ensure your cake looks amazing. We will also speak to your venue coordinator or chef before leaving to going through the internal structure and details of your cake order.

Can I pick up my cake order?
You certainly can! Just contact us prior to arrange a suitable time.

We strongly suggest choosing our delivery and set up option for tiered cakes as they normally require assembly on site.

Do you offer cake samples?
Yes!
Our cake samples packs include 18 of our top flavours!
Sample packs are available throughout the year with dates listed on our website.
Reserve your sample pack by registering through the website and completing the online checkout.

Can I have more than one flavour?
Yes!
We do not charge for multiple flavours.

Buttercream vs Fondant, what’s the difference?
Buttercream is a delicious cost saving option to cover your cake. You can colour, texture and decorate a buttercream cake however there are limitations to design and decoration.
Buttercream cakes are more sensitive to heat which means it is unable to be on display for long.

Fondant cakes will give you unlimited options for decoration, style and customisation. Fondant cakes are more resilient to heat and will hold up better in warmer month as well as the ability to be on display for longer however fondant cakes require more labour which attracts additional charges.



What is your postponement/ cancellation policy?
Sometimes things go wrong and we can't help it. If you need to postpone or change the date of your booking or any other details of your order, contact us first and we will find a solution to try to accommodate.

If you decide to postpone, there are no additional fees or charges to move your original booking to a new date. Any subsequent postponements will incur an additional 30% booking fee.
Your new date will need to be within 12 months of your previously booked date, dates that fall outside of 12months will incur a 30% booking fee.

In the rare occurrence where you need to cancel your booking, you will be refunded all funds less the non-refundable booking fee if the cancellation is greater than 21 days before your event date. If cancellation is within 21 days of your event refunds are no longer available.
The 30% booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
